Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or offer exchanges once an order has been placed, except in the cases outlined below.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • A brief description

If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.


Exceptions

We may approve exceptions only for:

  • Items damaged in transit

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items sent

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited or exclusive releases

  • Gift cards

  • Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items

  • Items worn, washed, altered, or missing original packaging


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If an exception is approved, the original item must be returned before a replacement is issued.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original condition and packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refunds (Last Resort)

Refunds are considered only as a last resort.

A refund may be issued only if:

  • There is an extreme fulfillment or shipping delay, and

  • A replacement or exchange is not possible

Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Ohio’s Very Own.
